To receive access support, encourage patients to fill out the online form—no need for any separate forms from your office. Providing enrollment gives patients support from Pfizer Migraine Patient Access Coordinators.
Once enrollment is received, a Pfizer Migraine Patient Access Coordinator can communicate with your patient and answer questions they have about insurance coverage, access, and financial assistance for eligible patients.
